Our products are digital files, delivered as soon as you pay.
At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose your right to cancel once the download starts.
So we don't give refunds if you simply change your mind.
If something is faulty, missing or not as described, your legal rights are not affected — contact us and we'll put it right.
Changing your mind
“Change of mind” means you no longer want a product even though nothing is wrong with it. For example:
- you no longer want it
- you bought the wrong product
- you didn't use it
In these cases we don't offer a refund.
Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts.
It ends only because, at checkout, you gave your express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. We confirm this in your order email.
If something is wrong
If your files are faulty, missing or not as described, contact us and we'll fix or replace them.
If we can't, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This policy does not affect your legal rights if something is faulty, missing or not as described.
Core Vault and Premium Engine
The same policy applies to the files in Core Vault and in Premium Engine.
Premium Engine also includes 30 days of 1:1 mentoring. It's a service that starts when you buy, because you ask for it to start straight away at checkout.
We don't offer refunds on mentoring if you change your mind. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
The Premium Engine files are covered by section 2.
Upgrades
Not at the moment. Core Vault and Premium Engine are sold separately, so if you think you'll want the 13 Premium files or the mentoring, choose Premium Engine.
