Blueprint Cartel is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

• –The email address you buy with.
• –Your name, if you give it at checkout.
• –Your order details: what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
• –Records of the consents you give at checkout.
• –Emails you send us for support.
• –Instagram messages you send us as part of Premium Engine mentoring.

We never see your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

• –To deliver your order and provide mentoring. This is necessary for our contract with you.
• –To keep records of orders and consents. This is needed to meet our legal obligations.
• –To prevent fraud. This is in our legitimate interests.

We share it only with these service providers, who act on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (file storage).

Mentoring messages are sent through Instagram, which is run by Meta.

When you comment on our Instagram posts or message us there, your comments and messages are processed by Zernio, which acts on our behalf, so we can send replies and the free vault link.

Replies to comments that share a course idea are written with AI by Anthropic, which acts on our behalf. For those replies we keep the comment's ID, our reply and a scrambled code made from your Instagram account ID — never your username or your comment.

Each completed order gets a member number, for example #0007. It's stored with your order and shown on your order confirmation and library pages.

You can download a member card image showing your member number and the product name. It doesn't include your name, email address or order details. We don't share it — you choose whether to.

Some service providers may process your data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

We keep the email address you bought with for 90 days after your delivery email is confirmed as sent. After that, we keep only a scrambled code made from it, which can't be turned back into your email address. We use it so you can still request a new library link.

Order and consent records are kept separately from your email address.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. To ask, email blueprintcartel1@gmail.com.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This website doesn't set any cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics from our hosting provider to count visits and see which pages are used. It doesn't use cookies or store anything on your device, and it doesn't identify you personally.
